Dark Matter is a show for anyone who has ever looked at the universe and wondered, “how can I make this about me?”
Part standup, part science, Matthew Starr brings the audience along with him as he tries to understand his past relationships and also, the universe. Whether you have a Ph.D. in astrophysics or you have never looked in a telescope, Dark Matter is for everyone in the universe who has ever been in a relationship.

ABOUT MATTHEW STARR
A former head writer and performer for Above Average, Matthew has been featured on Go90’s Thanksgiving (w/Chris Elliott and Amy Sedaris), CollegeHumor, MTV, MTV 2, TruTV, and much more.
Matthew is an alumni of the UCB Touring Company and has been a house writer and performer at the UCB Theatre in NYC since 2010.
Matthew hosts Unteachables at Caveat, a monthly comedy show that challenges academia’s best professors to teach NYC’s funniest comedians.
Matthew is originally from Lexington, OH and is a graduate of Ohio State University.

TICKETS: Vermont Comedy Club works with a will-call system, meaning we do not print physical tickets. To gain entry, simply check in at the box office the night of the show with your ticket confirmation (printout or phone) or a valid ID.
LATE ENTRY: Entering the room mid-show is distracting. Please be respectful and arrive on time! If you arrive at a show more than 30 minutes after the scheduled showtime, you WILL NOT be admitted and will not be issued a refund. (Unless otherwise indicated, doors open 30 minutes before showtime.)
AUDIENCE ETIQUETTE: We want EVERYONE to have a good time. We encourage you to laugh a lot and interact with performers when invited to do so.
