ABOUT THE SHOW

Each week in The Daily Grind, house team The Unmentionables interviews a special guest about strange or unusual jobs they’ve held in the past, then uses the information to create comedy gold on the spot! In this unique edition of the show, the second act will be presented as a “BAT,” an improv form that takes place entirely in the dark! Performers and audience alike will experience the spontaneous comedy aurally – and the whole thing will benefit the Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired!

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

The Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (VABVI), a non-profit organization founded in 1926, is the only private agency to offer training, services, and support to visually impaired Vermonters. Each year they serve hundreds of children from birth to age 22 and adults age 55 and over. The mission of the VABVI is to enable Vermonters with vision problems, whether blindness or impairment, to achieve and maintain independence. More information can be found at www.vabvi.org.
